The Peoria Promise Foundation is a donor-funded tuition reimbursement program for high school graduates in the Peoria, Illinois area. Their goal is to build a more skilled local workforce by making community college more accessible, offering support for up to 12 credit hours per semester for eligible students who meet residency, graduation, and FAFSA requirements, aiming to keep graduates in the community.
